My parents have been playing pickleball for the past 8 years (yes pickleball has been around for that long), and through this sport they’ve stayed active, entered competitions, and found community. 

The aesthetic of pickleball, however, is lagging behind the sport’s actual benefits. A neon wiffle ball ranks pretty low on the scale of cute sports equipment.

Who is it for? I honestly don’t know. It could be a good addition to your rotation of gear, or a gift for another pickleball fanatic. Maybe the citrus loving Florida pickleballers; the Big Apple pickleballers that tape lines on any and every concrete surface; the gay pickleballers seeking non-rainbow infused merch.
